1. Do you replace defectives?
Reply: Our QA will check all the pins before dispatching, make sure all are non-defective. Also I send you the related pins pictures and video for you confirm. If there is any defectives you received, you can advise and provide the related pictures or video. We will verify and will provide the new pins with free charge and send you with your next parcel, if our fault.
2. How long roughly would your production be?
Reply: our normally leading period is 7-14 working days after artwork confirmation, the detail date will be advise you after release order 2days later.
3. Do you pay for shipping fees of returns?
Reply: Base on issue, any defective founds, you can advise, then we will check pictures or video, to decide whether need your help to send back, and we will pay the express freight.
4. What's your turn around once the artwork is approved?
Reply: please refer to point 2.
5. Can you send me progress photos of the pins?
Reply: Of course, we always offer our customer best service, will send you the related pictures and video, when your pins on open mold, polishing, hat pins, plated, coloring, laser, etc.
6. Do you accept payment 50% upfront and 50% once the photo of the produced pin is approved?
Reply: Our standard payment term is 50% payment in advance, 50% payment before dispatching (we will send you the final pins video and express tracking number).
7. What is your defect rate?
Reply: Normally our defective rate is 2%-3%. Please send me your company's inspection standard for me study, thank you in advance.
